At Tiger Muay Thai (Thailand) Co., Ltd, we respect your right to privacy and your right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you no longer wish to have your data stored or used by our app, please follow the instructions below to submit a data deletion request.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Email Request
If you’re unable to access your account or prefer to submit your request via email, please send an email to live@tigermuaythai.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address associated with the account
- Your reason for requesting data deletion (optional)
What Happens After You Request Data Deletion?
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Process your request within 30 days: In most cases, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
- Delete associated data: This includes any personal information stored by us, such as your account details, usage data, and payment information (if applicable).
Please note that certain information may be retained for a limited time if required for legal or contractual purposes.
Important Information
- Once your data is deleted, your account will no longer be accessible, and all associated information will be permanently removed from our systems.
- If you plan to use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
- Some data may still remain in our backup systems for a limited period due to technical constraints, but this data will not be used for any purpose.
